Hevea at Elmina is a Sime Darby development comprising 126 semi-detached homes across two phases. HIA Architect is named as architect and C&G Satujaya Sdn. Bhd. as main contractor.

The flooring uses a three-strip engineered white oak specification with a walnut stain. The original project photographs show the darker timber finish in the residential interiors.
